Where will you work?
Portugal Lisbon (initial onsite training in Sete Rios)

What will your responsibilities be?
Support customers via phone, email and chat;
Manage inquiries related to online purchases and orders;
Resolve incidents efficiently with a solutionoriented approach;
Meet quality and performance standards.

What do you need to succeed?
Native or fluent Dutch (Netherlands or Belgium);
Good level of English;
Strong communication skills and customer orientation;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
